R. L. Jones & Associates will audit your claims files for an overall individual rating or a formal overall breakdown into specific areas requested by a client. We'll audit each file to see how the file applies to insurance industry standards and practices and / or as they apply to the specific issues of the particular client's claims files to include, but not be limited to proper reserving, liability investigation, damage verification, reporting, litigation management and proper supervision.
