PROMPT CONTACT:

* Insured, claimant, or witness contacted within 24 hours of assignment.

* Face-to-face contact with claimant, witness, or insured within 72 hours of assignment.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT LETTER :

* Letter faxed to adjuster within 48 hours of assignment.

REPORTING :

* First full caption report contains meaningful information and received by claims professional within 15 days of assignment.

* Subsequent reports every 30 days.

* Full caption "recap" report every 180 days.
